- Shipping Locations This shipping policy applies to orders shipped within The United States. Orders are processed through our fulfillment partners and shipped to customers in the United States with tracked delivery. Some inventory may ship from international partner warehouses depending on availability and logistics routing.
- Order Processing Orders are processed within 1-3 Business days after payment confirmation. Orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and courier link.
- Shipping Costs We offer free tracked shipping on orders shipped within The United States. There is no minimum order value required. All prices displayed on our website include handling and delivery costs unless otherwise stated. Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly shown at checkout.
- Delivery Times Estimated delivery times are as follows: Processing time: 1-3 business days Shipping (transit) time: 5-10 business days Estimated total delivery time: 6-12 business days Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, customs processing, or regional factors.
- Carrier Services Deliveries are handled by DHL, Yunexpress or an equivalent trusted local courier once the shipment reaches the destination country. All shipments include full tracking from dispatch to delivery.
- Tracking Your Order Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order at any time using the Track Order page on our website. Please allow up to 24h after dispatch for tracking information to update.
- Delays, Customs, and Delivery Issues We work with reliable logistics partners to ensure smooth delivery. However, occasional delays may occur due to customs processing, courier disruptions, or high-demand periods. These factors are outside our control. Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
